You can significantly speed up the creation of reports, by choosing only those you really need.
Remember that hard drives contain thousands of various system files required by your OS and other applications. You are barely interested in all of them, so before creating a report, select appropriate folders first – the ones containing your documents, for example.
You can open files and folders directly in the report window, clicking on the hyperlink of a file or folder. To do this, in the Dialog Box "Settings" select the "Show names of files and folders in reports as hyperlinks" check box.
In the Dialog Box "Settings" you can add folders to the "Folder profiles" list for quick access to the most frequently used ones.
