Total Directory Report - is a professional application designed to allow you viewing your folders, disks or FTP servers as a set of analytical reports or detailed ordered lists in HTML or PDF formats.

Application display folder, disk or FTP server contents as a set of analytical reports or detailed ordered lists in HTML or PDF formats.


Total Directory Report generates three types of reports:

image001 Summary reports contain analytical information about groups of files;

image001 Detailed reports contain ordered lists of files;

image001 Snapshots ("as is" representation) of folder contents;


The application provides detailed information about folder or disk contents, including information about file types, sizes of child folders, a number of modified (created, opened) files for a given period in the form of analytical reports or detailed lists. It also creates the list of the largest files, a folder tree or a snapshot of files and folders. Media files, documents or folders can be opened directly in the report window.

Created reports can be saved, printed or edited. Total Directory Report does not require you to select folders or enter addresses of FTP servers, passwords, etc over and over. Instead, Total Directory Report keeps all necessary information in the secure form and provides you a convenient and quick access to frequently used folders, disks and FTP servers. Total Directory Report fluently works with multiple files too. The program was benchmarked to work with more than million files.
