The menu provides access to all functions of Total Directory Report. A short description of the actions associated with each menu item is shown below.
Display "Report(s)" Dialog Box for creating new reports.
Display "save as" Dialog Box for saving currently selected report.

Display "Select external HTML editor" Dialog Box for opening currently selected report in an external HTML editor.
